You can follow the passing of your kidney stones using a kidney stone collecting cup. By having the collected stones analyzed you can search the reason of kidney stones and you can have special diet and treatments to reduce kidney stones.
Instructions for kidney stone collecting cup:
a) Remove the upper lid.
b) Make a cup by pulling the outer ring upward.
c) Urinate in the cup by holding it at the toilet level.
d) Place the stones and sand which are caught by the filter on to the place in the upper lid.
e) Rinse the cup thoroughly with water and close it. Close the lid.
f) Place it in it’s bag for later usage. Preferably keep the collected stones dry in a seperate cup. For hygienic purposes try to keep the stone collecting cup dry.
