After the stones at the lower part of the kidney (calyx) are broken a special set of positioning and exercises are made. These special positioning and exercises are published for the first time in Deutschen Gesellschaft für Urologie (40.Tagung 28 September-1 Oktober 1988) and The Journal of Urology (Vol.145, 695-698, April 1991) journals.

BİOSAN POSITIONING which we currently use and help a great deal in passing the lower calyx stones is based on flowing of the broken stones which are located in the lower part of the kidney to the exit of the kidney using gravity by keeping the patient upside down. The patient kneels on a lofty pillow placed on the floor with his forehead touching the floor (kowtow position). This positioning should be made by looking at a mirror in order to make sure that lower-upper back is minimum 45 degrees bent forward.

The part of the back where the kidney is located (lower part of the back ribs) is tapped for 10 minutes hard enough to shake the internal organs gently. Performing this minimum once a day increases the passing probability of the stones.
